Take Each Day As It Comes!
1. Make a 2015 travel plan – what country will you strike off your bucket list next?
Even if you only start to save up this month. Aim to save even €100 a month and work towards that holiday you’ve been dying to go on in the sun. I am forever making travel plans (globetrotter eat your heart out). I am obsessed with travel and new adventures. Why not make a plan or write down a few ideas of where you’d like to travel to? This will give you something to work towards and something to look forward to. There’s nothing better than looking up exotic beaches, islands and city escapes knowing you’ll soon be there. Get planning guys! ❤
2. De-clutter your living space
January really is the best time to do your ‘spring cleaning’. You can clear out any unwanted or used Christmas clutter and make a start on sorting through everything that you’ve hoarded for the last year. All of this decluttering means you won’t be missing out on any spring sunshine. Once the big clean up is done and dusted you will be left feeling organised, in control, calm and ‘like a boss’.
3. Update your CV and LinkedIn profile.
Whether you’re a college student, taking a year out or loving your current job there’s no harm in updating your CV and your online profile. Why not include all the skills and achievements you’ve gained in the last year? Not only will this put you in a great mood, you’ll feel accomplished and ready to take on new challenges in 2015. Plus, you never know who is looking at your LinkedIn or what opportunities lie around the corner.
4. Do what makes you happy, forget what everyone else thinks, focus on your new goals and achieve them.
So there are a lot of people in this world, if we cared about what every person we ever met thought about us would we ever get anywhere? Forget everyone and do what makes you happy. You only get one life so you might as well make the most of it.
I hope this blog post has inspired you to make the best of 2015, a new year means a new you after all. I’ve made a list of what i’d like to do and achieve this year so why not do the same and see what you can make of it?
